It is no joke, these are rocks, but they are beautiful. The high water in our river has receded and our beach is above water. Every spring brings a new crop of rocks, some for skipping and some some for just looking at. These are just some of the rocks on our beach. I love the colours and the textures and the stripes.
mother Nature is snowing on us here in Cols LAke. We have had more snow in the last 2 weeks than we had all winter! Looking at river rocks makes me very jealous! Our Spring Break just started. No big plans other then talking with a few landscapers as I want to freshen up my yard and do something with my patio area. I have been searching on line for inspiration but nothing has said "go for it" Yet. Will be in Halifax from the 11th of July until the 17th or 18th. I will be Mom sitting while Norah and Bill go away. Anyway, glad to read that Spring is coming your way. Hey, do you remember the Otpik projects from Jr. High Home Ec.? Your sock Owl gave me a giggle and tweaked that memory of my endless sewing ability! :) Take care,
